The staff at the hostel were extremely friendly and helpful. They made our romantic escape even more memorable. The location of the hostel was also fantastic, with easy access to the city center and its attractions. the hostel had a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals.
One negative aspect was the lack of a window in our room. This made the room feel a bit stuffy and claustrophobic at times.

I recently stayed at Urban Garden Porto Central for a short trip to explore the city. The staff was incredibly helpful, even though I arrived late and checked out early. They provided me with a delicious breakfast and assisted with my luggage. The hostel's location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the metro station and close to shops and cafes. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds equipped with shelves, outlets, and personal lights. The bathroom, room, and common areas were all cozy and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well and the terrace was a nice touch. I also appreciated the innovative way of opening doors with a bracelet, eliminating the worry of losing or forgetting a key or card.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Urban Garden Porto Central was excellent, with comfortable beds, a spacious room, and nice privacy curtains. The location was ideal, being close to the Bilhao station and providing easy access to both the old city and the party area. The staff went above and beyond, being friendly, helpful, and providing great tips for local food and activities.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options. The busy streets surrounding the hostel may disturb lighter sleepers with passing cars.

I had the most incredible stay at Urban Garden Porto Central. The 8-bed dorm room I stayed in was unlike any hostel I've ever experienced. The beds were like little islands of hostel heaven, with curtains for privacy and individual lights for late-night reading. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern touches that complemented the charm of the old building. And let's not forget the garden! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I can't recommend this hostel enough. You won't be disappointed!

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and personal lights. The location was perfect, close to the center but still quiet. And let's not forget the lovely walled garden where we could relax and chill.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the kitchen facilities were not the best. It would have been better if they had a dishwasher instead of hand-washing the dishes.
